2Technology Services & API Access

We provide cloud-based software solutions, APIs, development tools, and technical infrastructure. Our services may experience scheduled maintenance or updates that could temporarily affect availability.

3Developer & User Responsibilities

You agree to use our APIs and services within rate limits, follow our developer guidelines, maintain secure coding practices, and not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our systems.

4Software Licensing & IP

Our software, source code, APIs, and documentation are proprietary. We grant you a limited license to use our services. You retain rights to your applications and data processed through our platform.

5Data Processing & Security

We implement enterprise-grade security measures including encryption, access controls, and monitoring. Your data remains yours - we process it only to provide services as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Important

You are responsible for securing your API keys, access tokens, and maintaining proper authentication in your applications.

6Subscription & Usage Billing

Fees are based on your subscription tier and API usage. Billing is automated monthly. Overages beyond your plan limits incur additional charges. All fees are non-refundable unless specified.

7Service Level & Liability

We provide services "as-is" with 99.9% uptime SLA. Our liability is limited to service credits or refunds. We're not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business interruption.

8Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend access for policy violations, non-payment, or security concerns. You can cancel anytime. Upon termination, we'll provide 30 days to export your data before deletion.
